Building construction projects of all kinds, location: Graz, remote

The area of responsibility includes:

  • Participation in the implementation of local construction supervision in construction projects up to the independent coordination and control of construction projects, mainly in the field of building and industrial construction
  • Monitoring and control of internal and external deadlines, costs and quality specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Coordinating planning and execution services and working with internal and external project teams
  • Participation in the preparation of specifications and tenders, examination of offers, assistance and management of contract negotiations and awarding of contracts

The requirements profile:

  • Completed technical training (HTL, FH, Uni) in the field of civil engineering
  • Interest in an entry-level position with development potential
  • Initial experience in the field of local construction supervision and project management is an advantage, but not essential
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, Nevaris Build construction project software)
  • Time, quality and cost-conscious thinking and acting
  • Structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel (future deployment in the DACH region and neighboring countries possible in line with strategic market development)
  • Responsible, team-oriented personality with high social competence and commitment as well as strong communication skills
  • Willingness for further training and development
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
